Edfund implements major changes to student loan IVR application - February, 2009
Working with Edfund's business analysts and Telecommunications staff, IntegraVox implemented a major re-design
of Edfund's InterVoice IVR system. The redesigned application now provides borrowers with immediate
access to their student loan status, loan balances, and automated phone payments through Bill Matrix.

Los Angeles Superior Court goes live with IntegraVox outbound reminder application for traffic court - March 2009
Using the Court's existing voice response servers and NEAX 2400 IPX PBX systems, IntegraVox developed, tested, and
deployed an outbound telephony application to remind defendants of their traffic court appearance dates.
In the first three months of its operation, there was a 20% reduction in the traffic court failure to appear rate.
